Connect your bank

After signing in, go to Settings and click Connect Account. You’ll be guided through a secure third-party login — takes about 30 seconds.

Disconnect your bank

Go to Settings → Connected Banks → Disconnect. Your connection is removed immediately and data is deleted within 24 hours.

Track a refund

Trakvance automatically detects refunds. Check the Refund Radar page to see all pending and confirmed refunds with live status updates.

Manage alerts

Go to Settings to control which alerts you receive — refund tracking, duplicate detection, unusual activity, and email notifications.

Delete your account

Go to Settings and click Delete Account. All your data — transactions, alerts, bank connections, and AI chat history — is permanently removed.
